Structural engineers focusing on Sustainable Design

Originally from Canada, Kevin graduated with a Master’s in Structural Engineering and migrated to New Zealand 2012, post-Christchurch Earthquakes. Having worked with large firms throughout his career, he became CPEng certified and branched off on his own, to focus more on pursuing his passions within Sustainable Design and Engineering.

A keen woodworker, outdoorsman, student of Traditional Timber Framing and enthusiast for Earth Building, Groove Design’s goal is to create high-performance energy efficient homes using natural materials, wherever possible.

Healthy homes that are low energy, quality built, and have strong attention to detail, are a part of a sustainable future.
